Landscaping Maintenance & Landscaping

Our Lawn Maintenance includes the following services:

Weekly Lawn Service – Mowing & Weed Whacking of lawn/grass/turf areas to the proper length for current weather conditions. Edging of all designated areas including walkways, beds, curbs, & driveway. Clean up & removal of clippings.

Weeding – Weeding/pulling weeds in bed areas done on an “As Needed” basis to keep a neat and tidy appearance.

Shrub Trimming – Trimming of Shrubs and Ornamental Grasses/Trees done on an “As Needed” basis in accordance with type of plant being trimmed.

Mulching – Prepare beds for mulch including weeding & edging. Install a layer of triple shredded Black Root Mulch to proper depth (3” deep unless otherwise requested). Other types/colors of mulch available upon request-price may vary.

Spring Clean-Up – One time clean up of leaves, branches and winter debris from lawn/grass, window wells, decks or patios, beds & walkways as well as gutters & downspouts. Weeding of all planting beds as well as edging all walkways, curbs, & driveways. Includes mowing.

Fall Clean-Up – Clean up of all leaves & branches on lawn/grass/turf areas, beds, window wells, patio or decks, walkways and gutters & downspouts. We do not “mulch” leaves in the lawn areas and they will be cleaned up prior to mowing unless otherwise noted.
